Love this camera

At first I wasn’t sure I’d like it. We previously had the Aria. However, I love it! The quality and sound is great. It shows the room temperature which is a must for us. I only wish the camera moved by using the monitor

Poor night vision and value for money.Disappointed

Night vision, movement and reception are all really poor.
Night vision is too dark. Very disappointed. Only thing I do like is battery life.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very Clear in Daylight

Just recently started using and despite not being able to pan around the room from the screen, it's still serves the purpose quite well. It has great clarity during daylight, and could be better at night unless a night light is on. Regardless, definitely serves my purpose at this price point.

Great Baby Monitor

We purchased a model that ended up malfunctioning (the volume no longer worked. However, the custmer service was great! They sent us the Alexa 32199 as the previous model we had was discontinued. We really like the new camera although the touchscreen feature is no longer there which we had on the previous model. Overall, the video and audio quality are great.

Lost signal after 4 months

The features and picture quality are good. However, my daughter is only 4 months old and it has begun to lose signal from the next room. It worked well for a while, but now it's unreliable. Very disappointing.

We’ve only been using this for a few days but so far so good. It’s a wider angle than we expected, so we will need to add a wall shelve to make sure baby is able to be seen clearly as he gets older.
