I received my replacement monitor and I wanted to say thank you! I did not expect to receive the newer model and I am super impressed with the quality. So many great features and easy to use. I am grateful for the replacement now I can sleep at ease knowing my is safe.

I love the temperature feature on it and the large screen. My sister has this as well and that is why we registered for it, they have never had any issues and are happy with the product. Overall a very good monitor!

Great monitor, finicky charger port

We love everything about the monitor- screen size, sound and video quality, range, “sleep” feature. Our first one stopped charging after a year. We tested the cable and it was still working, it was the actual port on the monitor that got too loose. We got a different type of monitor after that and hated it compared to our Levana so we have gone back to the Alexa. We have had it 4 months and are concerned it may be getting a loose again.
