Great features!

This is my second levana monitor as the first one had issues with the charging port. This charging port seems much more reliable, I love the camera with the pan/tilt/zoom ability. The only thing I miss is the time and temperature on the display. Otherwise I am beyond happy!

I bought the Alexa monitor about a year ago to monitor my grandson. I love this monitor! Unfortunately, the charger plug stopped working. I called Levana customer service and explained my situation. Within two business days I received a new unit at no charge!! That is great customer service!!

Bought this monitor for our new baby and just got it set up. Set up was very easy and the sound quality seems great. We did buy 2 monitors to have more visibility to the baby. Pretty easy to move between screens. So far so good!

We bought this monitor due to it's initial reviews by other customers and it's high rating. We love that you can add several monitors for all rooms of the home. We were impressed with the monitor image it's a little fuzzy but it's clear enough to make out most objects. It's light sensitivity and night vision are impeccable. We do wish there was an option to split the screen between multiple cameras. Switching between the cameras has more steps than we'd like. The battery life is awesome as well, our previous Angel Monitor battery life was perhaps 1 hr use then it'd make a ridiculously loud beep to notify you it's status. It's nice being able to check on all aspects of this system right on the screen of a quick tap of the menu button. Our only complaint besides the multi camera view not being available is the volume control, volume 1 is a little too soft but volume 2 is EXTREMELY loud I do wish there was an in between.
