Nice Big Screen BUT....

Purchased the Alexa to compliment my Sophia which is no longer available. No babies in the house to monitor, but they’re great units for monitoring attics, craw spaces, etc. to watch for leaks and check the temperatures in those areas. The Alexa arrived yesterday and I’m sad to say that the negatives I’ve found far outweigh the one positive, which is the bigger screen. The Alexa doesn’t seem to have nearly as much range as the Sophia despite advertised claims of being equal. (And this is, of course, with both units’ antennas extended. All cameras for both units are very similar in distance from the monitors.) Hoping to pair both of my Sophia cameras to the improved monitor of the Alexa was also a no go, as Spohia’s cameras are not compatible with Alexa’s. I’ll “make do” with this unit, but I will definitely research other brands if I need to replace these units.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Taking care of baby at night more easier

We bought this device after baby transitioned to his own room and we need something to make us sleep well at night with minimum interruption while same time we can see what he is doing in his room, after a few researches, we found this product in Walmart, for almost a year now, the device is functioning very well, and it is very convenient, you can carry it everywhere in the house, sometimes even outside of the house within a certain distance, we still can monitor. Really good product. Only one thing why we returned the original product less than a year, it is due to the charger can no longer connect to the monitor correctly, but after we called the company, the customer service is really good, they sent us the replacement right away, we got it within 2 days. I would recommend to any parents.

Great Quality, but Monitor quit after 3 Months

We had the machine for about 3
Months before the monitor stopped working. Wouldn’t charge, not the battery. Contacted company because it was still under warrenty and they replaced the monitor and also sent a new camera. Hopefully this one lasts a little longer!

I love this monitor! The picture quality is incredible, and I love the timer feature! I had this camera and monitor and the monitor stopped charging one day. I called customer service and asked about troubleshooting. They ran me through a few steps and it was decided that the monitor was done. The customer service representative looked up my purchasing information and sent me a new monitor no questions asked! I love this company and their customer service.

Perfect monitor

This monitor is the third one we’ve tried in six months and thank goodness we found it! Is perfect for our family, night vision is good, it has all the features we liked, and super easy to use and best of all great battery life!

I bought this at the end of October. So far so good. I just wish the operating manual was enclosed. What was enclosed was not enough for me. I had to down load the manual then I was good. For some people we need more.

Love the Power Save Mode!

We recently got a Levana after it being recommended to us as a friend. We love the large screen and temperature display. The best part is the Power Save Mode which allows us to have the screen and sound off, but be assured that it will come back on in the event that our baby wakes up. Overall we have been really happy with the product and would recommend it to other new families!

I'm on my third baby and 4th baby monitor. This is the best so far. It has a lot of great features, including a huge screen and a built in clock.
