We just received our monitor. Everything appears in working order and it has a lot of interesting features. Looking forward to using it in the nursery.

Good but lost battery charge

We've been using this for a year and the battery stopped charging and the monitor wouldn't even turn on if it was plugged in. It worked great until all of a sudden it didn't. We contacted customer service and they gave us a one time replacement.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love the screen on this monitor. We had trouble with the connector piece for charging it however levana customer service was quick to answer any questions we had. Although we were out one month of our warranty they still honoured it and replaced the necessary equipment. I have two sets of levana monitors and will always buy them.

Great video quality

We’ve only set our camera up to get it ready for our baby, but testing it out we can tell the video quality is great, as well as the lighting features. There are also multiple mounting options!

Good monitor but could have a better picture

I bought this monitor to replace another Levana monitor I had that broke and is discontinued. I like the peep mode power saving and the size of the screen but I just wish the night vision picture was clearer- it was clearer on my old monitor so that is the reason I noticed the quality difference. I also like that it has a clock and temperature monitor on it, those are the main reasons I bought this one. The other reason I gave 3 stars instead of 4 is that I have had several issues with my other Levana monitor breaking, not charging, battery issues and this is the third monitor I have gotten in a year so hopefully this is the last.
I would recommend this to a friend!
