Poor Monitor

We bought the edtion before this new monitor came out. We are NOT happy with it. We have had our monitor less then a year. There have been issues with actually being able to see our baby on the monitor. The monitor goes black or takes way to long for it to load (and I mean minutes). We recently had a issue with not being able to hear the noisy/volume on the monitor. Now the issue is the battery on the monitor shows it is dead we plug it in and it tries to charge but it doesn't. I would NOT recommend any of Levana products.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I received this as a gift for my baby shower. I've only used it for a few weeks and have not had any issues so far. The sound is good and so is the picture.

Easy setup

I started using this baby monitor couple of weeks ago. It is very easy to setup. I tried the power save mode with sound sensor which did not pick up the sound. But it works fine to turn the power save mode off and have it on continuous sound mode. I had few questions about the monitor and called Levana customer service and spoke with Donna who was very helpful.
I would recommend this to a friend!

My daughter bought this for me to use on days I watch my grandson. I love the product. It is very user friendly, video quality is great. When I had an issue with the charger, customer service was excellent and I received a new monitor within the week!
