Great Baby Monitor! The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because the video wouldn't adjust at a good angle to see our baby, so we had to use the wall mount. Other than that, love it!

The picture quality isn't as good as I thought it would be and the night vision is a little dark but overall a good product.

Not impressed-waste of money

We got this at our baby shower. I was excited because it had a big screen and clear resolution. However, the reception doesn’t reach very far. The nursery is about 50 feet from my living room and it loses reception when I am sitting on my couch. Also, the antenna that folds up is super fragile and already snapped. Had to duct tape it. Save your money and buy a better one if you want the reception to reach anywhere other than the nursery.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My husband and I bought this last year and have been extremely pleased! Great picture quality, clear video and impressive night vision! The monitor is a larger size which makes for easier viewing. Darrielle from customer service was so helpful when I needed some trouble shooting with our monitor. Thanks!

I ordered this monitor while still pregnant and didn't break it out of the box until my little one was 9 months old and in his own room. It worked great for the first 4 weeks then the battery life was completely gone. I had to leave it plugged in through out there night or it would wake everyone up beeping. After 6 weeks the screen stopped working all together but I still had around. I contacted Darrielle at Levana who was incredibly helpful. I mailed back the broken monitor and promptly received a refurbished model which I have just begun to use. Keeping my fingers crossed all goes well with this one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
