Great monitor for affordable price

We bought this monitor and it has all of the functionality we needed. Picture quality and sound are great and it makes us feel better for when our little one will be here.

There are so many options when it comes to all things baby and monitors are just as tough to choose from. We did lots of research and are really happy with our choice. It's easy to use and the screen is clear. The extra features, like the temperature monitoring in the room, is also really nice.
We have a sound machine that is separate, but it does come with that feature as well along with volume control which is nice.

This is our second Levana monitor. We had the Lila 4 years ago for my son (and still use it for him) and purchased the Alexa for my daughter. The large screen makes it easier to see her and the sound is clear (as she uses an Oma) so we can hear everything. So far we are very happy with it and know it’ll continue to be great for our family.

I registered for this baby monitor and absolutely love it! Being able to see my daughter gives me such peace of mind. I love the features of room temperature, night vision, clock and microphone. When I had an issue with the monitor not charging, I contacted customer service and Daniela, provided excellent service and support. Having worked in the customer service industry for many years before staying at home with my baby, I was thrilled to receive such a stellar level of suppprt from Daniela and this company. A video monitor is a MUST for all parents and I highly recommend the Alexa by Levana.

After slightly over a year of regular use, our monitor showed some issues of battery/ charging. After contacting the customer service, we were provided with some super quick instructions and our monitor was replaced in under a week. We are more than pleased with Levana's customer service.

I just received this Open Box model today. The Pro is the overall quality, Clock... EtcThe Con is No Lullaby and the camera doesn’t adjust enough. I will have to make a wall bracket. The Levana Ayden Camera was nicely adjustable. This replaces my old Ayden model which I used everyday for a solid 2 years. Ultimately the plug on the monitor broke.

I bought the product and have really liked how user friendly it is and the picture quality. I had an issue and Darrielle from Customer Service worked to help me through all of the steps to replace the faulty component. Very satisfied.
