Great monitor, Great help

We love this monitor. Very easy to use. The monitor did stop wanting to charge but the staff was great to work with. Darrielle was quick to response and they are in the process of sending me another one. I would recommend this monitor to other moms!

Reliable monitor but having issues charging

This is our second time purchasing this monitor and we love the video quality, decibel visual monitor for sound, temp gauge + not on wifi. Unfortunately our first one no longer charges and this second one can no longer charge b/c the pins are now bent, just 6 months in. We only charge it once a day so I'm surprised by this. See photo for reference.

This was purchased for me as a baby shower gift, I like the baby monitor and the sound is clear, I am not a huge fan about how far the monitor will move down to allow you to change the focus, I wish it had a full 360 option.

Received this as a gift and it beats any monitor I’ve seen! Holds a charge so well, has more features than I could’ve dreamed. It’s perfect. I’ve already recommended it to all my pregnant friends. You have the video off but still hear- believe it or not, not all monitors do that! The night vision is amazing.

So high tech!

This is my second baby, my oldest is 5! I received this as a gift and it is so fancy. I didn’t have anything like this the first time around and I think, it’s the 21st century how did I not! It’s wonderful, works great, so user friendly and great for the tech challenged like myself. The hardest part I had was finding a spot in the nursery with the perfect angle for the camera!
