Quite good for price

This monitor has been quite good so far. It has taken a bit to get used to and the night vision isn't superb quality but I am found that no monitor has really great night vision.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Clear picture and nice features

We bought this within the last month. The size of the screen is nice. The temperature feature is a bonus due to our bedroom being cooler where the cradle is. The only features that could be easier to use are: angling the camera. We have had to play with that. The on/off button was tricky at first...we didn't realize you had to push it down and hold. It also isn't the easiest system to move around the house due to having to get the camera angle accurate..once you get it set up you don't want to move it. Otherwise it has done everything well that we have needed. Considering we live in an older house with plaster and brick...the signal works well! We bought this due to it being a secure system. Gives us peace of mind!

Bought this and within 3 months of using it the charging cord was started to fail and I’d think it was charging and it wasn’t. I had to position the cord in a certain way for it to charge and eventually that stopped working as well. I thankfully had a similar cord at home I could use. Also, the temperature gage measures high.. 2-3degress hotter. the charger for the monitor should be the same style as the plug for the camera. Also, I think the spot to charge on the monitor should be on the opposite side.
They sent out a replacement but I find it measure the temperature even higher than the first model we had! So frustrating.. don’t bother purchasing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great camera for the cost

Got this as a gift off of our registry and we have been very happy with it so far. The picture isn’t crystal clear but the features are easy to work and for the price it’s a great product.

My wife and I were gifted the Alexa Baby Monitor and we absolutely love it. We have had the monitor since last December and have finally had a small tech issue. Their customer services where great. Spoke with Daniela and she was great, sending us a new power cord for the monitor. Love the night vision and clear camera quality. Well done.
