Even cooking, no flare ups!

The cooking is even throughout, great to control with no flare ups. Easy to use and well designed. I can cook quickly or slow cook something very easily.

I haven't owned it long but it cooks a steak 100% better than my old Weber. I was a W fan for years but the last one was horrible. LOVE this charbroil even if it only lasts for a few years. 7 would be ideal but I hear that's not likely to happen.

Over the years I have owned several grills from different companies. This is the best one so far. I can't seem to mess up anything on this grill. The days of burning stuff and biting into undercooked hamburger patties are gone. This thing cooks great!

I wanted a small, but well built and high level grill, and this one fit what I wanted. My only concern is that it was difficult to assemble. The directions were clear, but somewhat hard for a >70 yr old woman to assemble.

My grill will get above 650 degrees because of the double walled lid design. This turns everything to ash for easy cleaning.
I bought this grill because I could pick it up and carry it up stairs to my balcony by myself.
It cooks fast and is easy to operate. It is a great grill and will surprisingly cook a lot of food at once.

I converted my gas grill to natural gas. It is the perfect outdoor cooking tool. The new grill design provides an even cooking surface with no hot spots or flare-up's!

I bought a four burner TRU-Infrared 3 year ago and within 8 months the grate was rusted and I only used it 3 times. Like all other reviewers, this cooking system is great but the grate is really poorly designed and not easy to clean up. To be fair, I did not coated with granola oil as Charbroil had suggested online. I am not too sure it will make a big different because it is very difficult to clean if you use any kind of BBQ sauce. Will not buy this again. My grill is always under cover when not in use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
