Easy assembly and great packaging and delivery.

Just received it and assembled it last night. Everything was packaged for easy assembly and all that was needed was a couple of screwdrivers. Too early to evaluate cooking.

We are 2.5 years into owning this grill and are pleased with its performance. Works equally well on beef, chicken, turkey and pork.

Not like the former models

I actually returned this model and opted to repair my older grill. This does not have the firebox trough which was the best feature on the former model. It controlled flares, made adding smoke easy, and was easy to clean. Please bring this style back!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We apologize for any confusion. This grill does not have a trough. Instead, it has an infrared emitter tray below each of the cooking grates. Give us a call at 1-800-241-7548 if you have questions about any of our grills and we will be able able to provide information.

Bad grates

I love the grill and the small size, however, even with seasoning the infrared grates, I find that I am replacing them EVERY season. What else should I do other than season with canola oil to prevent sticking, rusting and overall deterioration. It is constantly covered and out of weather when not in use.

I converted my gas grill to natural gas. It is the perfect outdoor cooking tool. The new grill design provides an even cooking surface with no hot spots or flare-up's!
