Only complaint is that the handle feels a little flexible and flimsy while pulling the luggage. If it lasts and doesn't break then I got a great deal!

These bags are made with the same quality that I've known Samsonite bags to be made with. The only reason that I didn't give them 5 stars is because they do not say Samsonite anywhere on them! I mistakenly thought that American Tourister was simply a line of Samsonite bags. I just feel that it was a bit misleading to make a purchase from Samsonite.com, only to find that they don't carry the logo at all. The only comfort is that they carry the same 10-year warranty.
