Great in the beginning

Bought this in 2020 for my wife and we travel extensively. The wheels are slowing down and dragging the bag forcing us to lean on 2 wheels now. Spinning wheels don't work anymore while packed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Adorable but too big!

I bought this piece of luggage and the larger matching one as a set because I travel a lot and love Disney! The bags are absolutely adorable, but when I took them to Vegas, I was stopped at both the Philadelphia airport and Vegas airport and forced to pay for this bag as a checked bag because it is too large for a carry on. Now, I am searching for a smaller carry to purchase that will go with my larger suitcase for my next trip, and I have to spend more money. A luggage company should be more mindful of the size! Don't buy this piece of luggage if you plan to fly!
