I bought this for my daughter for Christmas and she loves it. The bag itself is very well made and adorable in person, the picture doesn't do it justice. The 28' is huge. A lot of room for clothes, shoes, ect..
Pros: A Lot Of Room, Adoradorable And Durabl, Easy To Identify, High Quality, My Daughter Loved, Stylish, Very Easy To Wheel Around

When I applied for the return a mailing label, I was not given a return label, only a packing list. I sent an email 5 days ago requesting assistance with a return and still have not received a response back. I am disappointed in the customer service.

I received this along with the 28" Mickey Pants suitcase for mother's day and love them both. I have compared this carry on to my husbands carry on that he ALWAYS travels with frequently and it is only a tad big taller. I'm hoping I don't have any issues using it as a carry on like some have mentioned. That will totally defeat the purpose.
