I just took this for a week trip to California and it fit everything great. I must admit i felt as though my bag was a little bigger then most other passengers traveling, but was not given any problems or issues with boarding plane and used gate check just to insure on smaller plane it would be safe. I also have the large one of these but purchased a plastic cover since I know it will be under plane and its so cute i doesn't want it dirty. As a Disney fan this is a must have.
