ours is 6 years old works really well glad to see they still have these units just in case ours fail. Keep the whole house serviced 1300 sq, ft. home

Husband loves it we had a Holmes humidifier for over 20 years never had a problem with it loved it you guys stopped making it so we called you and you recommended the one we just got hopefully we will be satisfied like the last Holmes product

Good Humidifier - But Difficult to change the Wick

I have had this filter for 2+ years and change the filter monthly.
I have changed the filter totally dry, but the filter SOMETIME does NOT get totally wet by the wicking action. SO I have tried damping the filter then instally and that is when it is tough the get into it's proper position. Hope you work on this.

Average, not as good a unit as the Sunbeam model.

My main disappointment was this unit only has two speeds, while my old Sunbeam model had three. Low doesn't give out enough mist and high is to noisy to leave on very long. It does have large water tanks that is a plus and are easy to fill at the sink faucet. It doesn't seem to be able to keep up the humidity in the house to were it is suppose to be--30 to 50 percent.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Leaking all over floor!

Ive had it one year and now its developed a leak and is worthless, I do not recommend!

It is the right size and look. We use this to help humidifier the room our guitars hang in. It keeps the room at the right humidity with very little effort on our part. It is also very quite. We have not had any problems with the unit.

2000 sq ft capacity - I don't think so

My house is about 1700 sq ft. I have had this on full fan speed non stop for almost a week. The humidity level in the same room it stands doesn't go above 35%. The previous humidifier I had didn't need full speed to get to 40+%. Such a waste of money.
