The new humidifier is easy to fill and works well. It just isn't large enough for our needs. Although we bought this one to replace a larger Holmes Cool Mist Console Humidifier, we continue to use the old one also for additional capacity.

I bought this product and it flooded my floor....set up again and same thing happened. Need to know how to return product. Has poor design no catch tray etc. Had holmes humidifier before and never had problems. So disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have owned one of these for about two years and decided to get another for the upstairs.
I would says it covers the 1000 sq feet of home. I run it all winter long and the filters last me about 1 season.

I bought this two weeks ago, after a week it leaked all over the floor, not a drip but a pour from a defective tank.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Leak, defective plunger on one side.

bought it 2 weeks ago. Twice leak. isolated it to one tank. Need to replace plunger. Pain in the behind. Could be a better made product. Recommend...maybe if plunger can be fixed.
