I bought this two weeks ago, after a week it leaked all over the floor, not a drip but a pour from a defective tank.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this product and it flooded my floor....set up again and same thing happened. Need to know how to return product. Has poor design no catch tray etc. Had holmes humidifier before and never had problems. So disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit works great, except, the water never drains from one tank. Therefore I have to fill it twice as often as I should, and I cannot leave for more than a day.

The transaction was flawless, but I am not crazy about this product. The two speed fan settings should be called low and LOUD. We can't have this humidifier on "high" fan setting when we are in the same room. It has not been that good at adding humidity in the room.

Husband loves it we had a Holmes humidifier for over 20 years never had a problem with it loved it you guys stopped making it so we called you and you recommended the one we just got hopefully we will be satisfied like the last Holmes product

I bought this to replace a Holmes whole house humidifier I had and loved for over five years. This unit is very low quality, noisy and leaks terribly with even the slightest movement or uneven floor. DO NOT BUY this one.

I bought two of these last winter...I was unsure since they were not the most pleasant to the eyes and I would have liked something that looked nicer in the room. HOWEVER - these were the BEST ! They work great and they are easy to clean and fill...if undecided - give one a chance...
I would recommend this to a friend!
