I expected this to last more than 2 years but no fan is rubbing inside some place and the filter change is the worst. I do not recomend this model

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased, and it worked for us once. Afterward, each time that we tried to use, most of the water leaked out. It caused ceiling damage on our downstairs.

bought this product hoping to eliminate the smaller one we use but still had to use the smaller one also. This unit is loud, only two settings high(loud) and low not as effective. If u mess with the machine at all it does spill water and wasn't to happy because I just put new carpet and hardwood floor in my house, have to set in one a rug folded over twice to keep from getting new carpet wet. The one thing I like is it will run for 24-30 hours without filling kit. Not happy with this humidifier.

Junk is all I can say. The auto setting doesn't work the low fan setting doesn't keep up with the humidly. high speed fan is so loud you can only used it when you not home. I've complained about and they did send a new on to me free of charge and this one is still the same.

I bought as a gift. It is loud on the high setting and it only works on constant speed- won't do the different humidification settings. I only use on high so not an issue for us.
