Five Stars...my whites look cleaner & brighter !!

I've had this washer for about a month now and love all the features, style, design & color (graphite). After using the "steam" function on my whites, my clothes look cleaner & brighter. The other great feature is the setting for the spin cycle.......I set it a notch pass medium so that when I take the clothes out, they don't require as much time in the dryer. It cuts my drying time in half, not to mention the electricity. If you need another incentive to buy this washing machine, Socal WaterSmart gives you a $285 rebate (until funds run out).

I BOUGHT THIS ABOUT A WEEK AGO AND MAN DO I LOVE THIS WASHER AND DRYER MIGHT BE THE BEST INVESTMENT FOR A WASHER I HAVE DONE. THE CLOTHES COME OUT SMELLING VERY CLEAN AND IS VERY GOOD QUALITY FOR THE PRICE I PAYED

Love the "water plus" option

This is my first front load washer, glad I did my research. LG is the only manufacturer that has a "water plus" option. I've used other front loaders that toss around wet laundry and clothes come out still dirity, expecially smelly fitness wear. I'm all for saving water in these HE machines but I like to see water and most of all I want my smelly fitness clothes to come out clean. This LG washer does that. The sales person said that an additional 1.5 gal of water is added to the wash and rinse cycles which doesn't sound like a lot but it makes a huge difference (This info couldn't be found at the web site or in the operating manual) so I'm taking the sales person's word for it.

I am really happy with the performance of my new LG front loading washer.It makes doing laundry less of a chore with its many fine features.The sanitize cycle is amazing ! Overall it is a 5 star product.

I am really satisfied with my washing machine. It has cut down my washing time in half saving on my electricity bill monthly. It is very easy to use and cuts the detergent use in half. The settings are automatic as well as manual which I love. I would recommend this washer to everybody.

I especially like the way this machine measure the amount of water needed for the wash load; thereby not using more water than needed. Also the spin cycle is very good and that lessens the drying time.
However I don't like the musty smell that seems to be there after each wash. I was told to take a cloth with bleach and clean the rubber rim around the door.

My Daughter has had an LG front load washer for three years. We had put up with our older unnamed front loader for 6 years. No more! Got tired of it dancing all over the floor. The LG is in a class of its own. Quiet, no vibration, and it's packed with features the others don't have. You can't go wrong with purchasing this product. Very easy to understand and use.
