Love this washer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Owned for 4 years. No problems. Water extraction is superior; saves time in the dryer. My only dislike is with not being able to over-ride the preset wash settings/controls.
Pros: Style/Design, Performance, Quality, easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have LG televisions and have been happy with them, so I went to all LG appliances, BIG MISTAKE! The washer needed fixed recently twice, the freezer no longer makes ice or keeps things frozen like it should. And it’s the first yr of Black Stainless , so it’s not that old!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Cleaning our clothes has been the most reliable with out without detergent or other additives. This washer is on the second floor of our home with multiple users. So we need it to be sturdy. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer cleans like no other that we have owned! The big drawback is having to leave it open to dry out to keep down the mold! Keep it dry to start and it cleans with a minimum of water per cycle. The detergent and rinse drawer likes to be cleaned and dried on a regular basis too. All of this is certainly easy enough to do!!
