Raising three grandchildren we do a lot of laundry. Looking for a new washer we did our research and LG was the name that kept coming up as far as quality. We were also looking for ways to save on our water bill. We were amazed at how little water is needed to achieve such outstanding results. The children love the end song. Thank you LG for making such an outstanding product. We definitely feel that this product delivers exactly what was promised.

I purchased this washing machine about 3 months ago and i like it a lot. The only thing to watch out for is when the installers come please make sure the door closes properly, i've had some issues with the door closing. Wish it had a spin only cycle because sometimes when washing bulkier items they still seem a little damp. But overall it is a great product.

I am very pleased with my new LG washer. I just bought a new house and a nice washer/dryer was a must for the house. We spent more than we had initially budgeted but are pleased with the result. This washer makes doing laundry... fun!

This washer gets things CLEAN

We have had front loading washers for 15 years. This one is the best yet. We love the speed and capacity. We use many of the features, including allergen reduction. It's quiet and we even like the little tune that plays at the end of the cycle.

The dryer I bought was a return that had handling damage on the right side and now after 1 month the door will not stay in the run /latched position and keeps turning off. If I could get this corrected I would be a happy camper.
Other than that, overall it seems to be a Quality machine.
