This washer is amazing. Cleans great, uses a miniscule amount of water, gentle on clothes, and can coldwash or even steamwash! Automatically measures the size of your load...no guessing on your part. Has many different settings including prewash and timed wash. You can program it to any personal prefference settings you'd like. Simple to use...even I can do it. It's a set-it-and-forget-it kind of simple. It does everything. Wow...what a machine!!

Owned for 2 months. Great features and easy to use. Web site and instructions were a breeze. We stacked the washer plus dryer combo and have had no issues. Good looking and quick cleaning.

We recently bought a home and needed the washer and dryer, I researched other brands like I always do and we chose LG because of the features like steam refresh and dry sensor as well as energy star rating,.we got this and more..my first load I was amazed of the spit of water the washer uses, this will save us so much money on our water bill, also they are the most quiet machines I ever heard on this case can't barely hear.. I am extremely satisfied with LG,.next we will get fridge, stove,microwave and dishwasher

WITH THE EXCEPTION OF TOWELS/WHITE WASH THE REGULAR PANTS AND SHIRTS COME ALL TWISTED TOGETHER SO BADLY .... HAD I KNOWN I WOULD NEVER PURCHASED A FRONT LOAD MACHINE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

was a little intimidated by all the different features but machine is actually quite easy to use. very quiet, uses very little water and love the cute little end song instead of a loud buzzzzzz!
