Great product with great features

We are very happy with this product. The only issue we have had is having to balance it a couple of times. Hopefully we have solved this issue. When the delivery people set it up they balanced it but did not lock the locking nuts on the feet. After rebalancing and locking the nuts it is quite only time will tell if this was the problem. When it goes out of balance it makes alot of noise.

I joke that my husband got a new washer and dryer and he lets me use them. My old pair were a little klunky but they really still were working fine. He planned for a year to buy them. I am so lucky. I had no idea what I was missing. That laundry could be done in two loads, that clothes could get really clean and smell so good. They truly are the Cadillac of washing equipment!

Going from a 15 yo top load to this is a huge difference! Wish I could have afforded a larger capacity, but it's still amazing. Cleanest clothes ever! It does take a long time though, but I guess that's normal for these types. I enjoy washing clothes again and really dig the song!

A Great Babysitter!

The Good News: My 6-month old grandson is fascinated by all the action when I run this front-loading washer. Our laundry room is in the middle of the house & the washer is wonderfully quiet, which is great when the baby is sleeping! Clothes are clean & water conservation is impressive.
The Bad News: I'm compelled to wipe detergent dispenser drawer & glass window when I'm done, then leave them open to air dry since alot of moisture collects & mildew would follow. The TUB CLEAN Cycle on machine would probably waylay that procedure if you can remember to run it regularly.
Vibration on spin speeds over MEDIUM causes washer to creep around on out tile floor, which may necessitate use of the non-skid pads.
I do love this machine!

ENJOY DOING LAUNDRY AGAIN!

This washer has made doing laundry enjoyable again. The various settings makes every load come out perfect and the roomy drum can handle the largest of loads. The steam option makes the cleaning of the drum much easier than previous models and is also great for deep cleaning. Definitely would recommend and would purchase again.
