I bought this rechargeable battery kit for my phones. Charged once no problem, eight months later, it won't work at all. How is that rechargeable if it only worked once?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Okay Charger

This charger worked for about 4 months. It stopped working now when I try to recharge the batteries, the charging unit did not give any signal any more - no blinking, no lights and does not charge the batteries.

LED's don't work

I bought this charger a month ago, finally used it last night, but there is no indication that it is working. The LED's don't light up at all. Left it running overnight and the batteries seem to be charged, but I'm not sure the overcharge protection is working either.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Packaging

If Rayovac put the batteries in the packaging for sale, the way it is to be used, many people would not have a problem with charging. The batteries were not charged as indicated on package or may have discharged during shelf time. This selling point should be taken off package or referenced on insert*. The led lights are good to let you know it is charging, blue, but the color should change when they are fully charged and/or not able to charge. I imagine this is so with the more expensive units. A simple direction pamphlet* would help because most people discard the packaging and look for an insert. Complete answers to reviews would be beneficial to all who visit this site. I see the same questions repeating.
I would recommend this to a friend!

1400 mah is terrible for the amount of battery capacity,

I should have bought another precharged MiMh battery. My son's Tom The Train is using precharged NiMh batteries from a competitor that is 2.3 amps compared to 1.4 amps for the same price!
I fault Rayovac for not listing the amperage infomation on its packaging. Its spec's were only available online.

Not working since day one!

Purchased this pack thinking it would make life easier, instead of buying disposable batteries all the time.
It has never worked since the day I got it, the lights don't even come at when plugged into the wall. I tried all the different slots, and neither the AAA or AA will cause the lights to come on at all.
Very disappointed.

leds doesnt work

i can't realiza if the battery is full because the led lights does not work. I don't recommend this charger.
