Great consistency

Normally, I would said this blender was everything that I had ever dreamed of and more but it recently died and it hasn't even been a year yet. I usually use the blender for making smoothies and it creates the perfect consistency. I was in the middle of my normal blend and the blender just went out. The motor stopped running and there was no sound indicating that it was dying.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not durable...won't recommend

I bought this almost 7-8 months back...and the jar is leaking...The blade has gone berserk it seems...The blade seems to be ruined...Bad quality ...

The blade

I bought the 12 speed about a month or so ago. The blade crushes the ice but then it started to leak at the center where the blade sits.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worst blender ever

Have always been satisfied with black and decker but this blender can't even crush frozen blueberries. The blade is so small and low in the pitcher no wonder. Now looking online I also see the Ca 65 warning . Yikes

Leaks, again

Like many other reported in these reviews, my blender leaks from the base after only a few months of use to make smoothies. Could not find the leaking part for sale. No wonder this blender has been discontinued.

leaky blender

tbe blender worked fine at first then the bottom jar lid cracked, i replaced it and now the blade leaks anytime i put something in it. very dissapointed.

I've only ever used it three times, ONLY THREE TIMES, and the rubber gasket already fell off.

A decent Blender

We had this fora year but the blender blade housing broke and I can't find a replacement. Its' disappointing to have to throw the unit out when the rest is just fine.
