We got this as a wedding gift and used it once before the blades came apart from the glass mixing bowl and now it leaks. Should have done research before putting it on our registry.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The rubber piece at the bottom of the blade broke after using it and cleaning a couple of times. Product is not very durable. Now I have a blender that I cannot use because it is leaking without that rubber piece. Where can I get this part?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have had this Blender since late January 2019. I was about to blend some celery earlier today and the seal around where the base of the Jar sits broke. It had been working pretty well for the few times I used it. How do I get a replacement?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Base gasket just popped off the bottom

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While washing the parts, the gasket just came off. Tried to tighten it back on but water just kept leaking out. Can we get another blender that doesn't have this problem?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disappointed

I got this blender for the nice thick blending jar, but I am very disappointed that it will not blend anything...which is kinda the point of a blender. I hope there is a replacement blade I can get instead of the fusionblade which won't blend anything. The FusionBlade just spins at the bottom without allowing what your blending to come down and get blended. You have to use a rubber spatula to keep things going.

I bought this blender less than a month ago. It leaks around the blades and requires several start/stops to move food down to the blade. Love the heavy glass and looks but what a mess!

My favorite blender. After 2 years of regular use the motor has died. I'm disappointed that I can't get into the motor and replace the bad parts. I also would love to find just the base to replace, instead of the whole unit, but I will be getting this again.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Burnt out after a few uses

I was given this blender last month as a gift. I have used it thrice since to make fruit smoothies. Yesterday, the blender stopped working while I was making a smoothie with some kale in it. I had barely run it for 30 seconds and turned it off to push some of the kale down the sides of the glass container (another constant problem with the blender) and it wouldn’t switch on again. I picked up the blender and the underside smelt strongly of something rubbery or electronic that had burnt. I waited for a little while and tried to run the blender again but it seems to have burned out. Pretty disappointed.
