Works great until it fails

We bought 10 of these adapters for iMacs in our college and 4 have already failed. They become intermittent having the hdmi output going up/down/up/down etc... We replaced them with a longer Startech usbc to hdmi cable which might reduce the stress on the usbc connector.

If this problem consistently happens with an individual computer, we recommend ensuring that your graphics drivers are fully up-to-date. I cannot get it to work

Does this work with HP laptops using Windows 10? I connected it to my new laptop and to an HDMI cable and it will not work. Can I get some help?

No luck on Lenovo P52s

I just received a brand new item to have a dual monitor setup for the home office. Unfortunately it does not appear to output any signal whatsoever. I have tried numerous things and still have had no success getting this to display via HDMI.
