What a bright light! Didn't realize it was dim-able when ordered it, that was a bonus. Smaller, lighter than thought. Works great clipped to chest pocket of my jacket. Lit my outside steps for Halloween visitors. Lit up 12x20 living room even before bouncing light off wall or ceiling. Have charged my cellie with it. Clipped to my backpack and stayed on better than expected. Need to see how long charge holds when not in use and waterproof rating before adding one to my fishpack. Thinking I need a few more for gifts.

The Jacknife of portable lights

This lite slips in your pocket like a jackknife and is always there when you need it. Wear it on your pocket, your lapel or even on your shirt cuff, it lights up any space where you need to see, like in tight spaces working on plumbing or wiring and you need a third had to hold the light. The cell phone charger is another just in case option that works great. I used the bike mount hardware not only for a bike light, but attached it to tent poles to mount the light in a tent or under an awning. I used the Biolite Solar Panel to charge this light on a bike ride and it charged in no time at all. (less than an hour)This light is amazing!

Great Little Light

This is a very handy addition to my various Biolite products. It's small enough to fit in a pocket or a mint tin. And, it has an enormous light output for it's size. I already have a PowerLight, with SideLights, but this is an excellent "carry with you" item.

I have had one of these for about 7 months and used it all the way through the winter. I normal carry it as a secondary lighting and emergency charger for my phone in my pack and use it in camp at night. It is exceptionally bright and light giving at least 4 days normal camp lighting for me. I thoroughly recommend this product

Every American home should have one or more of the PowerLight Mini(s).
Power outages etc. You do not have to hold it, just open stand and place where needed, not like a flashlight, you can even put on your belt, pocket and hands free operation. To be noticed a lot, use the RED Mode both stationary and flashing. Just get two or three, you will always be pleased.

Electric skateboard riders: this review is for you!

For the 74 reviews of this product, no one has mentioned their experience using this little light while long boarding. I ride the Zboard 2 which has integrated headlights and tail lights. I do however want to be more visible to drivers at night which is why I easily clip two Biolite Powerlight Minis to the outside pockets of my Topo Design Kletterseck. Aside from feeling safe, it just looks cool. Anyone played Zelda Breath of the wild and meet travelers at night with lanterns attached to their backpacks? Yeah it looks like that but better.
