Great for Military

Am retired US Marine. Showed this to fellow Marines and we all loved the design, and functionality of the Mini PowerLight. Most of all the compact nature to place it anywhere, backpacks, pocket, car glove box, and more.
Could use say a velvet pouch to carry it in? That is what we applied it with, now we have to units and may get more for gifts.

Great on my evening walks.

There are some areas of our neighborhood that are away from the streetlights and downright DARK. I walk the dogs each night and in these areas it is - well - hard to spot the dog poop. Flashlight too bulky & cumbersome, headlamps just didn't cut it, BioLite PowerLight Mini to the rescue. What a perfect solution.
Can't wait to use it around the campfire, though - headlamps are so obnoxious! And I haven't tried it on my bike yet - that's where the flashers will really (pardon the pun) Shine. Do I want it in the front or the rear? So many decisions --- thanks a lot BioLite.

Versatile Light

I haven't had a chance to take this light out on a camping trip, but I am very impressed so far how many ways you can use this light and how sturdy the construction is. I own several camping lanterns and for the size, this light puts out the most light of any of them.

Smartest light ever, hands down the coolest one you'll ever purchase. Not only is it lightweight and compact but I can also use the power from it to charge my iPhone. The fact that you can dim the light, change it to red or white strobe and even clip it on your daypack sternum strap easily make this the best purchase you'll ever make. Well until you buy the CampStove or the SolarPanel 5+. Worth the money you spend and you'll actually find that you have so many more uses for it, like a night light while reading, changing a tire at night and a colour light at festivals. Oh and I forgot to mention that it mounts to your bike with the included attachment. Anyways, stop wasting your time reading and just purchase it.

Handy well made versatile light

I receive my light a few days ago and I must say I'm impressed. Looks and feels like superior quality and a very versatile light. I can't begin to list all the possible uses for a handy little light like this, and it takes up almost no space to get in your way. You can't go wrong with this item, thats for sure..!!

Excellent product

Let me start off by saying that I loved the product so much that I purchased a second one.
Some of the pluses....very small, very bright and very durable....besides camping I will use it on cruises as a night light.....the light lasts a long time 52 hours on low setting.
The only complaint I have is that the red light for night vision is too bright and only lasts for 12 hours
