Fast and reliable

I use this in a small business capacity and it's working very well. I'm not tech savvy so my IT guy set it up for me. It's fast, easy to use checks or letterhead without using the paper tray and its very convenient to print directly from my phone. I would definitely recommend this printer. Only suggestion I would make for an improved design is to make the control panel adjustable. The printer is tall, sits on my desk and I can't read the control panel without standing up.

NO HASSLE PRINTER

This printer, purchased upon a recommendation from a friend, has fully met our needs for a simple, black-and-white, hassle-free home printer with such practical features as 2-sided printing and wireless connectivity.

Replaced a very old laser printer and the Brother unit is very nice. Like the automatic duplex printing and power saving features.

Generally solid printer, but drivers flakey

Good speed, especially for duplex. Printer driver can be a little flakey at times - apps do not always connect if running for a while. Have had to restart various applications to get them to connect to the printer (not a problem with prior Brother printers)

Printer operates very well and is fairly efficient on toner usage. It is used daily in our business -- primarily in the accounting function. I would definitely buy it again.

No one negative issue! I didn't have high hopes because printers seem to always disappoint. Also impressed with the ink usage. I'm pleased with this printer.....thus far!
