The Printer

Since Pitney Bowes technician install the printer in January 23, 2020 into the computer system, it has been working well and printing is lot better than what it use to be, here at TCEQ are very satisfied of the outcome in the printing.

Good and Reliable Product So Far

I have this printer for about 2 months. So far, it is working good. My previous printers Brother HL-L6200DW (I had 2) is a great nightmare. Both failed after couple months and always printed out dirty pages. I changed the drum unit and clean and not helping. Anyway, I am happy with HL-L5100DN for now.

When less means more

Overall happy with product. Mine is a simple USB cable set up and setting it up was a breeze. The only issue so far happened when it didn't print on command. I went to the printer icon inside my control setting command on my desktop. I opened 'troubleshoot' and the unit worked through and fixed the problem. No other problems since. The only other thing is that I wish the documents I print would come out of the machine a little further, a minor gripe.
