Could be better

Printer keeps going into deep sleep and won’t wake to print. I’m super disappointed as it may be a user error... but I’ve been unable to find support.

I hate that the trays do not slide out easily. I have to open, close, wiggle and maybe repeat several times before the tray will open. I am a mobile loan closing agent and sometimes the packages or over 300 pages and I have to reload the paper trays. This is frustrating when I need to leave in a few moments.

Super fast for large jobs!

I recently started a second job of being a notary signing agent for mortgages and refinancing.This usually requires print two 100 plus page packages of mixed letter and legal. I bought the second drawer and it prints the whole job super quickly. Paper rarely jams and it is a simple clear procedure when it happens. The only complaint I have is that if one size paper runs out during the print job, instead of pausing and prompting me to fill the empty drawer, it just prints the rest of the job on the paper that is left causing me to reprint some documents. Obviously this is minor because I should be making sure the drawers are full but it would still be nice if it didn't default to the remaining paper. The speed and performance for the price make this an excellent value.

With the few copies I have made 400 or so, they've all been perfect. I heard of others having issues printing both lyr and legal size but I haven't encountered that yet. I like it.

Excellent product, great price

I have used HP printers for most of my life, but I decided to try this brother based on what fellow notaries wrote about it. I do not regret purchasing it. I love this printer. It was easy to set up and it works great.
