Rocky start

This printer is fast however it jams a lot from the second tray. I continuously get an out of paper error on tray one because the paper constantly shifts. It stopped connecting to wifi and I ended up doing a direct line to my computer from the printer. I give it points for being fast when working properly

Would be 5 stars , love it, but..

So this is by far the best printer I have ever used, let me say that. It really has done 99% of what I need or want of it. However when it goes into a “deep sleep” it disconnects from the WiFi and requires a restart of the printer and a tap of the router to re connect. I only have to do this once a day and it really doesn’t create a headache since it’s part of my routine now. It works well with my iPhone 11pro even though I’ve seen some reviews that say the opposite. No regrets in the purchase just some quirks.

This is nice printer gets jammed though when to many sheets which reason for 4 stars. And customer service is helpful if questions! Also they have app to monitor timer if it gets low you can have it auto shipped! One less thing to keep track of.

Dual trays are a time saver.

It works fine, I only have one problem, I have to keep resetting the page settings every time. I thought it would be a one time change, and it would be set until I changed it back. I have wasted quite a bit of paper due to this problem. I just have to remember to check the page setting every time before I print.
