Paper jams

Paper jams continuously when switching from letter to legal size.

bottom try does not work

Hi, we understand the bottom tray does not work. We'd like to help. Make sure the alignment pins on the top of the lower paper tray go into the guide holes on the bottom of the machine and set the paper size on the control panel.
