Great performance, excellent software, driver running perfectly in Win8.1 computer (will likely be even better in Win10), an EXCELLENT replacement of my old HP-1320tn.

Excellent workgroup printer

We print on forms a lot, so I needed either an additional printer for forms, or a dual tray printer. I installed this printer with two different instances on our print server; one for forms and one for plain paper. I find that this is easier than selecting a paper source from the printer menu.
This is a real workhorse and holds a lot of paper and toner. Highly recommended.

Initially, I had trouble setting up the dual tray function. I called Brother and a very patient representative walked me through the procedure, and now, it is working perfectly. I like it.

I am a little disappoint with this model printer. As a matter of fact, i am waiting on a replacement. It is a little slow on the first print out and when printing a document the uses both letter and legal size paper it jams. I am hoping that it's a minor flaw which will be corrected with the new one.. Otherwise the printer is good.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The machine seemed fine for my needs, but I had to return it. Your technicians couldn't figure out what was wrong with my 5370 and told me I had to get a new machine. The new one had the exact same problem. Someone finally figured out the problem and it was not the printer.
I would recommend this to a friend!
