Fast printer

I love how fast it prints and the wifi feature! It would get 5 stars however I've had the printer for maybe a month and printed approximately 600 pages and now everytime I print my docs it jams!! Very frustrating when dealing with docs for title companies where everything has to perfect!

Reliable and easy to configure

The printer was easy to install and configure compared to the printer it replaces (HP). It is reliable and has all the services we required in an office printer. We use all the features except wireless connection on a daily basis.

Does not print from mobile device

Works fine from a computer, but not from my iPhone. It would print one page every few minutes and wouldn’t distinguish between letter and legal size paper. I tried using AirPrint, the iPrint&Scan app and establishing a direct link. Sent it back.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Perfect except for:

For some reason, the first page of each printing has slight smudges at the top of the page. I’ve taken the toner out and shaken it, but still there. I’m still using the first toner that came with the printer so hoping when I put in the next one, it will be ok.

the wireless feature is fast and easy to set up and allows a more ergonomic office environment (home). No more printer on the desk! The dual tray print out is exactly what my business needs too. Not to mention all this for a great price.!

Easy to use and set up

It was surprisingly easy to set up in the office wirelessly on both laptops and our phones. Very happy with it so far. I only need to learn to designate tray 2 as legal paper only and that it will automatically go there when it detects legal size documents.
