UA Heart Monitor

I have always loved Under Armour and I always purchase training gear from them. I purchased my UA health box back in January and have been using it daily for a little over 2 months. The health box has helped me in all of my training sessions and have been very satisfied. But, yesterday while in the last few minutes of my workout, I noticed that my UA band's LED light was blue, even though I knew I was at my max heart rate. Then I saw the LED blue light turn off and it would turn back on. So today, I replaced the battery on my heart rate monitor and moistened the pads before starting my workout. But now it will not turn on or connect to any of my devices. I really love this product and would appreciate any aid to get it going again.

If possible I would give it a ZERO

I generally like and buy a lot of under armour products but am VERY disappointed with this product. The scale can not be used as a stand alone scale so if for any reason it does not stay connected to your phone it is a giant paper weight. My scale would connect and say it was connected but then would immediately disconnect making it unusable. It said stand on scale to confirm connection, I stood on the scale and the scale would say confirmed but my phone would say can not confirm at this time. DO NOT BUY THIS GARBAGE.
