Product unreliable

Had for a few months is all. Replaced band already.... and now the heart rate monitor is not working. The scale is completely not accurate. Shows different weights by over one pound every time you get on it, even if you do it several times right in a row. The concept is great. The features are great. Has a long ways to go to be reliable even moderatley. Would not recommend at this time.

Band strap snaps off on day 1!

Right out of the box the strap for the band will not stay clipped in. If you try to pull it straight out it will stay put however as soon as you place any angle on the strap it snaps off and falls out. Will not stay on my hand while excersising more then a few minutes at a time. Maybe mine is bad out of the box however it sure seems like a design flaw to me. I saw several reviews with the same compliant after little use. Mine is going back to the store tomorrow unless UA responds with a solution.

Great Tech

I have been using the Healthbox since 2/15 and have used it everyday since it arrived. I really enjoy the individual items but it all works really well together when you figure out how.
The band is comfortable and tracks sleep very well, the steps counter seems to be accurate and I can charge it while I shower very quickly. I have never worn a watch and thought it would be a learning curve to have the device on my wrist. The fact is I never even notice it's there, it is very light and does not get in the way of any workouts I am doing.
The scale can be off from day to day but not by much, the only issues I see with it is in the software.
The Heart Rate monitor is great when you are working out and synced with your apps or band. It's awesome to be able to sit down at the end of the workout and see your heart rate over a long HIIT session.
The Cons:
Biggest con is with the Apps syncing, depending how you track using your heart rate monitor you get different information. If you start the workout from your band it will sync with the heart rate monitor and give you Willpower on the band but not in the post workout report. The most accurate information is available when you start the workout from the Mapmyfitness app. If you start the tracking from the Mapmyfitness app you don't get the zone indicator light on the band. If you start it from the band you can't track it on the app until the workout is finished. I think everything should sync to the Record app and then you band should get the live information from the record app.
Scale: for some reason a weigh in I took 2 weeks ago keep popping up as a new weight I took today. This happens every other day or so and and I have to go into the Record app and delete it. Not sure if this is an issue with the record app or the scale but I have removed the sync and established a new one but same results after a day or 2.
Overall I love this product and it has given me an edge I needed over my fitness goals. I started working out last year at around 430LB and am down to 350LB I hope to be under 300 by the end of the year and this new tech will definitely assist me in the process.

Easy to use

Good product. Bracelet has decent battery life (2 days) and tracks workouts and has an alarm clock that vibrates to wake me up. Durability of the band is not great, broke within 1 year but UA said they will replace with new. Really hard to remove battery from heart rate monitor.

Great concept - Somewhat premature

I felt like a kid at Christmas, I couldn't wait to get to the gym and try out my new toys; only to be left feeling disappointed with the overall user experience.
Band - When worn it rests on the head of the ulna (boney protrusion on the outside of the wrist) . In my experience it caused my wrist to become irritated and it felt uncomfortable rubbing against the outside of my wrist. User MUST initiate an exercise routine via the band in order to have the band and chest strap to work. Exercise types are limited on the band.
Chest strap - Fit is as to be expected with any chest strap. Will only work in tandem with the UA band.
Scale - Weight was on point. Body fat % fluctuates pretty dramatically -/+5 points. The scale uses Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis to calculate BF%. Its an inaccurate measure of BF% and its results can be skewed by several factors including: recent food consumption, dehydration and exercising prior to measurements.
UA App and Lack of Health Box Integration - User friendly - not so much. Cannot initiate an exercise routine from the app and have the system work. The app has more types of exercise types to log rather than initiate. What is the point of logging an exercise if you I can't get my biofeedback from my exercise.
You have so much potential!!! Just not there yet.
I have returned my product.

Great idea. A little tweaking and UA will own wearable fitness

Bought this in February and love it! The setup was extremely easy and the Band is very comfortable. At first the app, UA Record, had much left to be desired but with the new update and link to MyFitnessPal it works even better.
I am having problems with the calorie adjustment from steps recording correctly to MyFitnessPal. If that were to get fixed I would give it 5 start.
This is not really a complaint, just something for UA to think about. With the swimming workout on UA Record, why not make a UA Heartrate monitor we can swim with? Garmin has one and this could be a great upgrade option for swimmers/triathletes. Also, with Michael Phelps are one of your atheltes, who better to promote the new heartrate monitor.

Charging Cable

You need to make the charger cable for the wristband longer. I have problems keeping it connected to charge as it keeps slipping. It's very frustrating. I have to elevate the wristband at all sorts of angles to try to keep the charging connection.

The UA Band works well and syncs with my phone great, but the UA scale and Heart band does not. I would not buy these items again and do not recommend.
