Amazing product !!

I never believe in videos that promote products, they are good made and they sell things through your eyes, UNTIL I buy this healthbox system, I never imagine the change in my life and in my body, I started with 278 pounds when I received the healthbox and two Months and a half later I am at 228 pounds, just following the guide of my apps to eat and to do my exercises, many thanks from my heart ... I am a new human being, I can do things that I could not before, I buy clothes in any Store that I want, I have no words to thank Under Armor Team !!!!

I bought this for my family after seeing it at CES 2016. Great kit. I like the relationship with IBM. It would be even better if the cohort size were smaller to provide more individualized recommendations.
Heart rate monitor is comfortable, accurate and easy to use.
Scale is elegant and consistent with my Withings.
Connecting the charging cable for the wrist band is tricky.

Love the idea but the performance can't justify the premium price

First of all, I love the idea of the eco-system. HealthBox easily put all the data in one platform, and all three products work and sync great together. But there are a few downs that makes me feel like this combination is not quite a finished product. Not really live up with the premium price tag.
1. The very inaccurate optical HR monitor on the UA band. This is the worst optical HR I've ever tried. I've had Apple watch, Fitbit Charge HR, and Garmin vivosmart HR. All works fine if you are not pursuing highly accuracy (they might be off when you are doing intensive exercise, but at least they can capture HR just fine when you are standstill or the resting HR). I'm ok that UA band is not continuous monitoring your HR (though for it's price tag $180, that's kind of a shame compared to it's competitors in the same range); however, UA band can't even make it right on the standstill HR and resting HR. And a lot of time, its read is way off. It sometimes reads over 100 or under 60bpm while my vivosmart HR and Apple Watch shows about 70bpm. And it's not even consistent if I check the HR twice immediately from the UA band (it gave me two reads that are not even close). Make me feel no confidence in its measuring at all. As for the resting HR, it's about 5-10bpm higher than the vivosmartHR. I can't tell you which is more precise since I don't measure my HR by myself right after awake, but just so you know that vivosmartHR gives the reads that are more corresponding to the Fitbit ChargeHR I once used. Furthermore, I woke up this morning and did a HR read with UA band and vivosmartHR at the same time, UA gave me a 120bpm while vivosmartHR gave me 70bpm. How can I trust you, UA band? I really really hope this is not a hardware issue and the firmware update can fix this.
2. UA scale works just fine. Easy to setup. Have no issue sending data to my phone instantly. But still, compared to other wifi scale on the market, the price tag is way too high for a scale only do weight and body fat.
3. UA heart rate chest band also works nicely. Comfortable. No issue connecting to the UA band or my iPhone app. I'm not an expert, so can't really tell how accurate the HR read is. But at least it's easy to use and not seeing any major issues yet.
4. UA record app. Connect and upload data from all three product really fast! Almost perfect until I found out that you CAN'T SEE YOUR HEART RATE CHART IN THIS APP!!!!! If you want to see the heart rate chart, you need to use the MapMyFitness app and what's worse is that you need the VIP (paid membership) to get access to the chart... This is ridiculous! What on earth a company sell you the heart rate band and then charge you fee if you want to see the heart rate chart? Even though the HealthBox will give you a 1-year free membership for MapMyFitness, that's still a joke, especially the customers are not aware of this before they actually use it.
Overall, UA HealthBox doesn't really live up with the hype. Good work but not good enough to compensate for it's $400 price tag. Anyways, far from perfect but still a decent combination if you want to try the UA ecosystem.

HR strap only

I have never had a heart rate strap that I liked, much less that I forgot was still on. It is super comfortable and very accurate. I love everything UA.

I purchased the HealthBox, to see if it would give me a advantage to achieve a goal, I had set for myself. I have always been athletic and in decent shape. I just wanted to get over the hump and drop that last bit of weight and achieve a desired body fat percentage. This product has helped me set a goal and to stay on track by constantly updating and letting me know about every workout and meal I have participated in since its arrival. I have been amazed at the level of fitness i have attained in just the few short weeks I have used the HealthBox. For me it was the last piece of the puzzle to unlock a long time desire of a healthier body. I am still shaking my head at the lack of sleep I was getting before, but now that I track it, I feel stronger and better focused for daily tasks. I would recommend the HealthBox to anyone who is goal oriented.

Doesn't work how it should!

For the amount that I paid the UA Heart Rate band doesn't read my heart rate when I want it to while running, the UA Band doesn't track my distance and it's hard to read outside, and the scale works 90 percent of the time, the other times it doesn't know who I am and I am the only person that uses it! Their app is now difficult to use, Track My Run is and will always be a better app then the new UA Record. Good thin I didn't buy their new shoes!
