I bought my AC a few months ago and it works great. Only problem I have is the timer. It shuts off before the actual set time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As soon as we turned this unit on, my husband adjusted the vents and one immediately broke...so can only adjust air flow direction on one side! Works well, otherwise...but disappointed on circulation vents!
I would recommend this to a friend!

In researching, your air conditioner has louvers that allows you to direct the air flow up or down and left to right throughout the room as needed. To do this, you will want to rotate the auger wheels until the desired direction is obtained.
If you are wanting to replace the vent, please contact us at 1-888-203-1389 Monday-Friday 8am-8pm EST and Saturday 9am-6pm EST at your convenience, so that we are able to see what options may be available.
