Had this unit for a while now and worked great for some incredibly hot and humid nights. Completely dehumidified the air. I use it in the living room and it cools my room and kitchen too (I use a fan to help circulate). Not very loud either, easily sleep through the night with it in another room. Very much worth it during the summer. Set up was so incredibly easy, draining and cleaning only takes a minute, and its a fairly sleek looking unit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installed easily about a week ago. All features work fine. Extracts a lot of humidity from room. I opted to discharge condensate into a three gallon water jug rather than periodically from the tank. A small amount of tubing and a hose clamp was all that was required. Just a little noisy in cooling mode but the cooling results are worth the small inconvenience. An excellent product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this LG Portable A/C Unit a little over a year and a half ago.. It’s a great unit except for the fact we had to get out of bed twice, sometimes even three times a night to empty the reservoir. It certainly kept this particular portion of the house nice and cool. One night the unit fell about 4 feet off its stand, and it still worked great, except the power button broke. So we just used the remote to turn it on and off. My only problem now, is the disgusting sediment coming out of the reservoir, and a nasty swamp smell when using the fan feature. Really good product but I wish someone could possibly tell me how to make this thing stop smelling and what the sediment is. Thanks!!

Horrible unit

Have had this unit for a year now and it doesn't stop leaking tried everything and the light that's supposed to come on for draining never does. Also doesn't cool my bedroom.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worst Air conditioner never buy it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It doesnt cool after few days of purchase. I hardly used it. There are no proper repair centers, service centers do not want to accept the unit as it is common problem and more than that its repeatitive. I have been trying to get my unit repaired since Spetember 2018 and today it is March 2019 till now I had the worst experiences. I will never recommond LG.
