[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased at the beginning of summer here in Michigan. I purchased the higher BTU model even though I was told I did not need it but I followed the recommendation of LG. I have been comfortable at all times. It cools my entire 500 sq foot apartment which is on the top floor of my building and it is much warmer at the top. I like that you can set it on energy saver and the fan does not run all the time so that works good in the fall when I still need some a.c. So far I am very happy with it. Very easy set up, quality construction and good instructions. Easy to take care of.

This Bad Boy works incredibly well. It will raise your electric bill though. But for what it accomplishes in our home (Bedroom) it works very well. Very happy with this purchase.
