Just What We Needed!!

Relatively few residents of the Pacific NW have central A/C because our summers are historically mild. However, when we were face with days on end of 90 weather and were unable to sleep, we decided to purchase a portable A/C for our bedroom. The LP1215GXR was recommended by our daugher and SIL. It was a HIT!! We had to get used to the on and off sounds, but it handled our large bedroom area beautifully and made sleep possible again. Loved the remote and self-cleaning features!

Does the job

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit does the job and I have not had any problems since I purchased it (regarding performance). The only issue I have is that it's kind of loud, especially on eco mode and when you're trying to sleep. It'll wake me up when it turns on. I just cool down the room before I go to sleep now and just turn it off until the morning. My room is about 500 sq feet and it cools it down within minutes. Overall great product and I hope it'll last years to come.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Portland Oregon had one of the constant high temps for a very long summer. I live on the top 5th floor of an apt building with a ceiling fan. Not enough. My son delivered my LG and life changed for the good. It has great features and very easy to adjust to any comfort level and welcomed relief from the heat. Great machine. Lets hear it for LG and their technology. Thank you
