[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this portable air conditioner last summer. It was the second one we purchased. This is an excellent unit and well worth the price. We live in texas and do not have central air but the units we purchased work very well. Our electric bill is lower than one of our neighbors who has central air. We just need a second window install kit so we can move it around. We love your products. We also have a unit that has heat and air, all three units work excellent. Love your products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great. Really cools the house down. Just wish there was an indicator to tell me the water level. Had a leak on the floor the first time! Now I routinely empty the water weekly

The control interface on the unit and the remote are easy to use. I was impressed with the window kit that came with it, the hardware thats included is everything you need, the unit that this replaced didn't come with all that. All in all I think it's a great buy.

Absolutely the best I have owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this unit during the early summer, and am very happy. It cools well but it also cools a lot more space than states. I have a duplex that faces east right toward the sun, and this unit has kept the entire upstairs of my home, nice and cool. I will say that LG should include a hose to attach to drain, and even sell it for a bit more with two exhaust hoses included that snap together. But that is the only negative thing and its only due to my windows being stationary in my living room so I had to place my vent in a bathroom just off the living room. This does the job. I have purchased a few different a/c in the past and this one blows the window units out of the picture. Never again will I purchase window unit. Any bad reviews I feel are maybe just they happened across a device that had a problem and the manufacturer should of contacted them , because this unit is a definate 5 stars. I am planing to purchase another because I was so impressed, and the amount of energy I used was far less than expected. My utility bill went up 60$ and I had it on 24/5 24 hurs five days out of he week. Pretty good by compariso to what I spent when I had my other units on and for much less time.

This Unit is Compact but Mighty

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this portable air conditioner when the Temps were in the 90's and hitting 100 occasionally - it worked wonderful and is easy to drain the condensate from the reservoir - the Operating Controls are extremely easy to use - it even comes with a remote control that spoils you even more - Truely a Great Product
