I am very disappointed with this model. The dishwasher broke just 8 months after warranty period, which makes it very bad customer experience. I paid the same amount of the dishwasher that i spent on repairing this dishwasher. They had put a substandard motor and diverter.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love this dishwasher, my favorite feature is the delay cycle, we use it almost every single time! Our screen just went out and now we can’t use that feature. We have just a blank bright screen. Very disappointing! We have had Thai dishwasher just about a year.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Quiet but unreliable

We bought this and 3 other GE cafe appliance. The dishwasher worked great for about 1 year then the display went out and it was out of warranty. Had issues with the advantium oven as well. Very average appliances that are not worth the money. FRUSTRATING!

Awful. Used once and broke

Worst dishwasher ever. Used it once and the bilge pump broke and leaked all over my brand new kitchen.

Garbage. The dishwasher is garbage.

Bought the whole cafe series during a major kitchen reno 5 years ago. Had nothing but problem after problem from the fridge, hood, range, and dishwasher.
4 control panels later and a busted hinge we “lived” with it as is. Now the motor housing to the drain and spray assembly on the bottom center has started leaking. Easy fix to replace the gasket. But when reassembled the brockets strip out of the plastic housing making the whole unit irreparable.
Now I have to go buy a new dishwasher on what was supposed to be a relaxing Sunday. Bet your left leg I won’t be getting a GE!
