Extraordinarily quiet.

Bought this with a new house. The dishwasher is very very quiet. It cleans well. The only thing keeping me from 5 star rating is incomplete drying especially on the top racks, which I suspect has more to do with government energy guidelines than any problem with the dishwasher. Also cycle times seem long. I finally started using the light wash cycle with power dry and that cut the cycle time down to an hour.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This was one of 4 cafe appliances we bought 3 months ago. This one replaced a GE Profile bought 18 years ago. We were unaware how bad it had become noisy and not cleaning

Added the G.E. Cafe appliances when we renovated the kitchen, we don't use the dishwasher often, but when we do it is super quiet and I love the third top rack for utensils . So far, so good

Unexpected issue!

We moved into our new home Oct 31, with our brand new GE Cafe' series appliances. Unfortunately, our dishwasher needed repairs in December. We have had GE appliances in the past, including the Cafe" series and had not any major issues with them. I was surprised by this repair!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
