I love the space inside the dishwasher, I can fit much more than my old model. LOVE LOVE LOVE the bottle jets!

First, 3 to 4 hours for a wash?! And dishes don't always come clean, even though I'm using Finish. I use Heavy & Steam. I had been using Sani, but the countertop and sides got very hot to the touch, alarmingly so. They still get very warm. using only Boost. So hot, the temperature in my refrigerator goes up on Sani. I've had 2 previous refrigerators and 2 previous dishwashers in the same location, without that problem. Obviously, I don't use the Heated Dry feature - dishes come out too hot to touch & it lengthens the total time by 1/2 hour, approx. My dishes are from different sets and don't always fit very well in the racks.And every washer MUST have a "Add Rinse Aid" light on the front, not a suggestion to top it off monthly. Glad I waited to rate it, because it's developed a squeak while running.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
