It is super quiet. We had a couple of times when we had to go see if it was running, it was so quiet. It also has a lot of great features.

NO MORE NOISE!!!!

I recently replaced that came with my home 14 years ago. My old dishwasher was very noisey. When we purchased our home, we were told that the dishwasher was quiet. The quiet feature was extremely important to us because our kitchen is located near the family room. We were never able to watch television, and use the dishwasher at the same time because of the noise level of the dishwasher. I am happy to say that we no longer have that problem!!! This GE Dishwasher is so quiet that we can use it anytime and not be annoyed by the sound. It looks Good Too!! My Great Grandma would say that it is soooo quiet, that you could hear a on cotton!!! LOL....For those of you that are not familiar with that saying.....' that means that it is PRETTY QUIET!!!!
